How Your Contribution Is Used

When you donate to Wasatch Forensic Nurses you are directly supporting the ability of Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE) to be on-call 24/7. In addition, your contribution pays for equipment and supplies, SANE training and education for local law enforcement, attorneys and hospitals.

Donor Policy

Wasatch Forensic Nurses retains and uses donor information for the following purposes:

  1. To allow Wasatch Forensic Nurses to comply with donor’s restrictions and designations, to provide donors with charitable giving tax information and for donor recognition programs. The information is retained in the financial records of Wasatch Forensic Nurses for financial recording and internal financial accounting control purposes.
  2. Donor information may also be added to Wasatch Forensic Nurses donor list and database and you may be contacted about Wasatch Forensic Nurses activities, news and/or fundraising campaigns.
  3. Upon written request to the Executive Director of Wasatch Forensic Nurses, donors may access their personal information and specify that the information be corrected, oppose the retention of the information, or request its elimination from Wasatch Forensic Nurses records.
